FSZ Type Classifier

The FSZ classifier is a new generation of classification equipment newly developed by our company. The machine features two classification wheels installed vertically, one above the other, with a secondary air intake on the side using a centrifugal spiral channel. It boasts advanced classification principles, a rational structure, stable operation, and simple operation. Its key features include:

1. Complete secondary classification achieved within a single device;

2. Improved PSD particle distribution;

3. Enhanced fine powder removal capability;

4. Higher yield efficiency.

The production line, combined with the QLZ fluidized bed jet mill, is widely used in the production of printer and copier toners.
